Mission Statement The mission of the Personal Assistant is to provide excellent customer service to the business community and to be known for reliability and integrity; to perform all work quickly and accurately; and to have the satisfaction of making our clients' lives easier. Joanne Lang Joanne Lang founded The Personal Assistant in 2004 to provide experienced administrative services and support to entrepreneurs, executives and professionals.
