The Personal Assistant provides fast, accurate notary service seven days a week, including evenings.  We provide personal pick-up and delivery, FedEx, UPS, DHL, e-mail and faxing of documentation such as loan documents, reverse mortgage, loan modifications, revocable trusts, powers of attorney and hospital documents. 

Reasonable Fees

Loan signing documents range from $85 - $175.

8 am – 5 pm M-F $25 plus $10 per general notarized signature
After 5 pm M-F $35 plus $10 per general notarized signature
After 8 pm M-F $45 plus $10 per general notarized signature
Weekends $55 plus $10 per general notarized signature
Holidays $65 plus $10 per general notarized signature
